Marjut Kolu joined the company in December 2020. She has been working as a recruitment consultant since 2008. Her strongest expertise is in the search for experts in the diagnostics and healthcare industries in the pharmaceutical, equipment and supplies industries. Her job description includes headhunting of both senior management as well as sales and marketing personnel. In addition to Finland, she has also handled international recruitment with her partners. Previously, she has worked for 15 years in various sales and marketing positions in international pharmaceutical companies, as well as 10 years in the hospital positions. She has an extensive network of contacts and long customer relationships.

His strongest expertise is his long-term knowledge of his field and clients, as well as customized recruitment processes. He has worked as a recruitment consultant since 2016. He has previously worked in B to B sales in various companies among others at Canal Digital and Lassila & Tikanoja since 2008.
